Glam Smokey Eyes Makeup Tutorial! Step By Step Guide to Smokey Eyes.
Prime your eyelids using Smashbox 24 hour eye shadow primer and it should go from the eyelid all the way to the eyebrow.
Next step is to go over the eyebrow and paint it with MAC Painterly Paint Pot. This will even out the skin tone and will make the colors appear more vibrant.
Using the color palette from Urban Decay, apply a soft brown base onto your eyelid. With the help of a fluffy blending brush, apply it on the crease and also the brow bone. To add a little more color, take your MAC Rubenesque Paint Pot and apply using synthetic flat sheet brush on the eyelid area.
With your flat sheet brush, apply the gold shadow right on top of the Paint Pot. You can use Lancome 212 Peach Opulence. Work the area until it’s all blended using a fluffy brush. Everything needs to be nice and smoked out.
Second color is called Ambush and this will go over the creases and its going to be more for depth and just make sure you blend it out really well.
For the highlight, use the color Habit which is a vanilla matte highlight and do a shimmer and will go right underneath the brow. Going back to the Lancome palette, take the darkest color and apply onto the outer crease making sure everything is blended and even.
Apply your black liner onto the waterline. Take a pencil brush and smoke out that eyeliner.
Create your elongated Cat-eye using an intense black eyeliner. Ensure that you really wing it by dragging it onto the outer corner of your eye.
Add mascara to your top lashes and curl them before you apply your false lashes.
FACE MAKE UP
Start by priming your face with Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face cream and blend it.
Using Tarte Clean Slate Flawless Primer, take a brush and buff your face. This will help the make up last longer.
For foundation, use NYX HD Studio Foundation (natural beige) and buff your entire face. This will make your skin look flawless.
Apply your concealer to brighten your face using different kind of brushes. Ensure that you get it blended very well.
To set the concealer, you can then apply any powder and to set the rest of your face, apply any loose powder.
Now it’s time to apply the bronzer (Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Medium/Deep Matte Bronzer) onto the hollow part of your face to give that sunken look and some definition.
For the apples of your cheek, apply some Peach blush.
Line your lips with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Pencil and fill them in with MAC Lipstick Love Lorn to give a luster finish.
Apply another highlight onto your face using Ben Nye Banana Powder onto your cheekbones.
Take another bronzer that is lighter and add a little contour to your nose and the brow bone. And you’re done!
11. Apply Skindinavia makeup finishing spray
And you’re done!
